TCVN-5712

The converter has state, to handle combined characters which exist in precombined form in Unicode but not in TCVN-5712. Therefore the extracted conversion table fails to reflect a significant part of the converter.

csets-1.7/VN5712-1.TXT glibc-2.3.2-iconv/TCVN5712-1.TXT libiconv-1.0/TCVN.TXT: are identical.
csets-1.7/VN5712-2.TXT: differs in the mapping of 0x80..0x9F (identity mapping, like for ISO-8859-*).
glibc-2.3.6-charmaps/TCVN5712-1.TXT: adds mappings for combined characters (second byte 0xb0, 0xb2, 0xb3, or 0xb4).
